Adipower Team rackets: An option for all styles

- Categories : adidas Padel

When the 2023 racket collection was released, Adipower unveiled three new rackets under Team name, designed to appeal to padel players of varying styles - from the most powerful and attacking, to those who prefer a more controlled approach on court.

No matter the style, each of these rackets is packed full of technology, quality, and innovation, to ensure that you’ll improve your game. But are you unsure of which Team racket to go for? Don’t worry! At All for Padel, we’re here to help, and in this post we’ll give you all the information you need about each racket.

Adipower Team: Attack is the best form of defence

The first racket we look at is the Adipower Team, one designed for those who enjoy playing - and winning. It is made for advanced players in mind, and ones who love to attack their opponents with powerful shots. The diamond oversize head and the balance of the racket being slightly more in the head means you can really utilise this racket for power and precision.

The racket features numerous aspects that allow for that extra power, such as the Power Embossed Ridge and Dual eXoskeleton, as well as Structural Reinforcement technology. All of this means the Adipower Team is rigid and sturdy, increasing resistance when playing shots.

However, there are many other elements within this racket that Adipower have also included to ensure that while power and attack remains the aim, players also experience comfort on court. The racket has a glass fibre surface and Eva Soft Performance rubber on the handle, making it a dream to play with. You won’t lose any subtly on your shots either - with the inclusion of Spin Blade technology, you’ll be able to confuse your opponent with your tricky spin shots too.

Adipower CTRL Team: Absolute control on court

At the other end of the spectrum, we have the Adipower CTRL Team. This racket is designed for advanced padel players who like to take a more controlled approach and is packed full of technology that will allow them to do so.

The balance of the racket can be found in the middle, while the Adipower CTRL Team, which comes in a slick black and red colour combination, has a rounded head. A glass fibre surface means the racket is fairly light, at around 360-375g. Along with that, the EVA Soft Performance rubber means it is easy and comfortable to handle on court.

This racket also includes Spin Blade technology - a rough insert that fits into the mould of the racket - enabling better handling and the ability to work in the all important spin effects on the padel court.

If you choose the Adipower CTRL Team, you will still be able to work in some powerful shots too. The racket features the power embossed ridge, an outer carbon rib providing extra rigidity to the structure, as well as Dual eXoskeleton to reinforce the frame.

Adipower W Team: Time to shine on court

The final racket under the Team umbrella is the Adipower W Team. This racket will really allow you to shine on court - and not just because it features an explosion of colour on the surface! With this racket, Adipower has come up with one that will suit the all-rounder, someone looking for elements of power, precision, control, and attack.

Similar to the CTRL Team, the W Team features a rounded head and an even balance, designed to give you more control. It is also around 15g lighter, at 345g, meaning it is a dream to work with on court - particularly when you factor in the EVA Soft Performance rubber handle. To bring out the attacking elements of your game, the racket has a power embossed ridge and Dual eXoskeleton technology. In addition to Spin Blade technology to get some extra effects on your shots, the W Team also has Smart Hole Curve technology - the arrangement of the holes is specially designed to facilitate the effect of all your shots.

So there you have it - there really is a racket for all styles within the Team rackets. Which one will you opt for?
