Our satisfaction guarantee is unconditional. If you believe that the adidas products purchased on our website do not meet your needs, you can request the return of your order within a maximum period of 15 calendar days and we will reimburse you (minus the cost of transport). Depending on the geographical area, the costs and conditions of the return may vary and will always be charged to the customer. The return of a purchase that has a promotional coupon applied, will take into account the particular conditions in each case.

The conditions for accepting such returns are as follows:

   - The product must retain its original packaging and must not have been unsealed or used.

   - The original labels must not have been removed.

  In addition, in the case of the paddles:

   - The sealed handle must not have been removed.

   - It must not have been used (a rimming leaves signs and marks that make it impossible to sell it later).

    - It must not have been manipulated by adding accessories such as overgrips or protectors.

How can I return a product?

You can return orders on our website in the most convenient way: 

1. If you are a registered customer, through the "My Account" section, by selecting the order concerned and creating a return. Indicating the reason for the return.

2. If you are not registered, you can make the return through the returns form.

Once the return has been accepted, you will receive instructions on how to make the return by e-mail. 


Once the goods have been received in our warehouses and the condition of the product has been checked, the amount will be refunded, in accordance with the method of payment used by the customer, within a period of no more than 15 working days from receipt of the returned goods. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer as stated in the LGCU.

Your bank or credit card company may need more time to process the refund.

You will receive an e-mail notification informing you that the refund has been made.
