ALL FOR PADEL S.L. (hereinafter, AFP), with registered address at Avenida del Tranvía 20, 28925- Alcorcón- Madrid (Spain), registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry, volume 29046, book 0, page 162, section 8, sheet M-529300, with NIF B86333465, as the service provider, is responsible for the website allforpadel.com (hereinafter referred to as the website).
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase set out the conditions for sales made between any individual wishing to purchase products on the website (hereinafter, the Customer) and AFP.
AFP reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions, with changes applying to orders placed on or after the effective date of such changes. Placing an order with AFP constitutes the Customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Contracting Procedure
In accordance with Article 27 of “Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce” (hereinafter, LSSICE), the contracting procedure will follow these steps:
1. Products Offered
The main characteristics of each product are described in their corresponding product sheets or sections (features, price, offers, discounts, etc.).
Product descriptions on the website are based on information provided by AFP’s suppliers.
2. Price and Offer Validity
The prices applicable to each product are those published on the website, expressed in euros and including Value Added Tax (VAT) or other applicable taxes. The applicable VAT rate will be the legally established rate at the time for the specific item.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance, or any other additional service related to the purchased product.
Prices may change daily and at any time; such changes will not affect orders previously confirmed by AFP to the Customer.
3. Placing Orders
Orders can only be placed by individuals registered on the website, who will be considered consumers under the applicable regulations.
AFP will not accept orders from companies, associations, independent contractors, or any other legal entity, who must contact AFP through the commercial channels established for legal entities.
To purchase on the website, you must:

Provide your name, address, phone number, email address, payment information, and any other required details.

Be at least 18 years old.

Register and create a Customer account on the website.
During registration, the Customer will provide an email and password, committing to use them responsibly and not share them with third parties, as they are personally responsible for every purchase made with their account. AFP will treat the data confidentially according to the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy of the website.
Before confirming the order and proceeding to payment, the Customer can review all order details: items, quantities, price, availability, shipping costs, charges, discounts, taxes, and the total purchase amount.
After receiving the order, AFP will send an order confirmation email with the purchase details. The contract is concluded when the Customer receives this confirmation.
The order confirmation email serves as the Customer’s proof of purchase. AFP will store it in accordance with Article 27 of the LSSICE.
All orders are subject to product availability. AFP has a period of 3 business days from the order placement to review and accept it. If the desired product is unavailable, AFP may reject and cancel the order. AFP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept orders considered abnormal, suspected of fraud, or not placed by individuals.
The Customer can check the order status and history in the “MY ACCOUNT” section by logging in. For additional order information, the Customer may contact AFP Customer Service at atencioncliente@allforpadel.com.
To issue an invoice, the Customer must be registered on the website and provide accurate tax information. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
4. Order Correction, Cancellation, or Modification
The Customer can correct errors related to personal data after payment by contacting AFP Customer Service (atencioncliente@allforpadel.com). AFP will try to accommodate changes if communicated within 24 hours of placing the order and before order preparation.
Product changes cannot be made directly; the order must be canceled, and a new order placed. Cancellations must be communicated to AFP Customer Service.
Cancellations requested by the Customer may incur a handling fee of 4,95 euros.
5. Order Delivery
AFP is not responsible if delivery cannot be completed due to:
i) any stated restrictions,
ii) false, inaccurate, or incomplete Customer data, or
iii) any other cause beyond AFP’s control.
Orders are shipped via courier. Delivery dates are approximate; delays do not constitute a breach of contract. Delivery time will be indicated in the order confirmation email.
If the package is returned to AFP after 7 business days from the delivery attempt notification due to reasons beyond AFP’s control, the order is considered canceled, and the contract terminated. The product price will be refunded within 14 business days. The Customer bears the return shipping cost.
The Customer must verify the condition of products upon receipt and note any issues on the delivery document. Please check the order, its condition, and completeness. If there are damages or missing items, contact AFP Customer Service immediately with photos of the opened package and its contents.
5.1 Customs
Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient, who must pay import charges to receive the order. Refusal to accept delivery to avoid charges will result in the package being returned to local customs, and no refund will be issued (abandonment).
Mexican import regulations require recipients to provide full name, RFC, and CURP to facilitate customs processing.
6. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution
The Customer may submit any complaint in writing to AFP Customer Service (atencioncliente@allforpadel.com), which will be addressed within a maximum of 1 month from receipt.
6.1 Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 on Online Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters, the European Commission provides a free platform for online conflict resolution via a neutral third party, the Online Dispute Resolution body (ODR).

Complaints submitted via this platform should include a copy of the completed form sent to atencioncliente@allforpadel.com.
7. Force Majeure
Neither AFP nor the Customer will be liable for failure to comply due to force majeure, defined as unforeseeable events beyond the parties’ control.
8. Assignment
The Customer may not assign or transfer the rights and obligations acquired through the purchase.
9. Language
Contractual and commercial communications with the Customer will be in Spanish or English, depending on the language selected by the Customer.
10. Shipping Costs
Product prices do not include shipping costs, which vary depending on item weight and destination.
Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart before purchase.
11. Warranty
AFP offers warranties on products sold through its website in accordance with current consumer goods warranty regulations — 2 years from the purchase invoice date (for orders before January 1, 2022) or 3 years (for orders after January 1, 2022).
The warranty team will evaluate the product and notify the resolution by email, which may be accepted or rejected.

All For Padel reserves the right to reject warranties for any other unspecified circumstances.
The lifespan of any adidas product depends on its use, conditions, and user wear patterns. Products damaged through normal wear or exceeding their lifespan will not be replaced.
The warranty does not cover products showing any modification from their original form, color, or composition.
How to Request a Warranty
Send an email with the order number (capital letters) to atencioncliente@allforpadel.com, attaching video and photos showing the product and defects. The Customer will receive instructions by email to manage the warranty.
If the warranty is approved through initial photo/video evaluation, the damaged product will be collected, and a new product sent as replacement. If out of stock, a refund will be issued.
If in-person inspection is required, the product will be collected, and a response provided within 15 business days.
If the warranty is rejected, a refusal letter will be issued explaining the reason, and any collected product will be returned to the original address.

13. Nullity
If any provision of these Terms is declared null, it does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law, unless expressly stated otherwise.
AFP and the Customer agree that any disputes arising from this contract will be submitted to the courts of the Customer’s domicile. If the Customer resides outside Spain, both parties agree to submit to the courts of Madrid, Spain exclusively.
