Place an order

Ordering on the All For Padel website is easy. Choose the item(s) you want and add them to your basket. When you have finished shopping, click on the checkout button and the purchase order will be displayed.

You will be able to make the purchase whether you are registered or not.  If you are registered, enter your username and password and the order will automatically integrate your account details. If you do not wish to be registered, fill in your contact and shipping details and we will process your order.

Once this step is completed, choose your preferred payment method and confirm your order.

You will receive an e-mail confirming that the order has been correctly processed by the website.

If you are registered you can see all the orders you have previously placed with that account.

Access your complete order history by clicking on My Account and entering your username and password.

Cancellation of your order

We process orders automatically so cancellation of an order is not possible from the moment you confirm the order. However, if you have made a mistake and it has been a short time since you processed the order, call our customer service and we will try to correct it. We warn that the moment the order has left our warehouse, such cancellation can no longer be made, so you will have to manage a return. The telephone number of our customer service is 91 1336622.

 

Offers / clearance

In all for padel you can also find products from previous seasons that are offered at reduced prices. These new products are not returns or repaired products or samples. Reduced price products can be offered during the sale or clearance period. Promo codes do not apply to discounted products.

Promo codes do not apply to discounted products. If you have returned an order in which a promotional code has been used, the value of the return will be the amount you paid. Promo codes are only valid for a specified time.

 

Track your order

If you are a registered customer, you can see the status of your order by selecting it in My Orders in My Account. You can also track it in detail by clicking on the dispatch number that will give you access to the carrier's website, where you will have the most up-to-date information.

If you are not registered, you must enter the tracking number that we send you by e-mail in the sectionorder tracking.

The states are:

1. Received: It means that your order has been received and that it is being processed. You will receive an e-mail to confirm that we have received the order.

2. Accepted: This status means that your order has been transferred to the warehouse that is preparing the shipment.

3. Sent: This status means that your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier or has already been delivered. You will receive an e-mail with the order tracking number that gives you access to the carrier's website so you can see where your package is.

4. Delivered: This status indicates that the order has been delivered to its destination.

 

If you are registered, you can check the history of your orders in "My account" by selecting "Order history".
