adidas becomes naming partner of Home of Padel tour in UK
adidas has become the naming partner of the UK’s number one padel tournament and event organiser, Home of Padel (HOP), in a move that will increase visibility of our sport and bring it to new communities across the country.
As part of the move, all of the tournaments organised by the group will be rebranded to include the adidas name. The tournaments will be known as:
- adidas HOP Pro
- adidas HOP Tour
- adidas HOP Women
- adidas HOP Youth
A platform to showcase padel to a wider audience
Home of Padel is a events company set up two years ago by Great Britain coach, John Leach, and UK-based Spanish padel player, Javi Serrats, with the aim of making padel more accessible to communities across the UK as the sport gains popularity.

Players of all levels can sign up for tournaments, from newcomers to the game to advanced club players. Indeed, in 2022, HOP launched the new HOP Pro tournament with the aim of bringing the world’s top players to the UK to showcase their skills and provide spectators with the chance to experience the very best in the sport.
With the help of the expertise of adidas, the HOP tour will reach new heights later this summer when London hosts the inaugural HOP London Padel Open, an event that bring to top talent from across the globe to the UK’s capital city. In addition, fans be be able to visit the interactive zone to find out more about padel, including trying out the very latest adidas rackets for themselves.
Speaking about the addition of adidas as the naming partner of the HOP tour, John and Javi commented: “We are super excited to announce adidas as the new naming partner for the HOP Tour. adidas is a symbolic brand who not only provide quality and innovation to the padel industry worldwide but also share our domestic vision of creating high class padel experiences for all players and spectators alike.
