- Trays and vipers (spin and depth).
- Wall exit with direction.
- Duration: 1 hour of technical training.
Day 2 - Strategy and Pairs Play
- Objective: To improve on-court coordination and tactics.
- Exercises:
- Positioning in defense and attack.
- Game at the net: how to put pressure on the opponent.
- Strategic lobs and wall dives.
- Practice of key points (golden points and set closings).
- Duration: 1 hour of tactical work.
Day 3 - Light Preparation Match
- Goal: Get into a rhythm without fatiguing the body before the tournament.
- Exercises:
- Short match (maximum 1 hour, without forcing too much).
- Focus on keeping calm and applying the strategy.
