GIVE AWAY “METALBONE 3.3"

1.- COMPANY ORGANISING THE PROMOTION

The company All For Padel, S.L. with registered office at Avenida del Tranvía, 20, 28925 Alcorcón (Madrid) and identification number B-86333465 is organising the "Metalbone 3.3" competition for promotional purposes. The competition will be held exclusively online and will take place randomly via the Internet for those who meet the conditions set out in point 3.

2.-START DATE AND CLOSING DATE

Registration for the competition will start on 1/07/2024 from 14:00am and will end on 11/07/2024 at 23:59pm.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

Participation is open to those who meet the following conditions:

• Have a registered and active user on https://allforpadel.com/
• Have accepted the terms and conditions to become a member of the "AFP Crew" loyalty club.
• Make a purchase between 1/07/2024 from 14:00h and 23:59h on 11/07/2024.
• Have accepted all the terms and conditions of participation.

Mechanics of participation:

• The user will receive an email in their inbox with the subject "A Metalbone 3.3 signed by Ale Galán can be yours".
• He/she will make the purchase during the dates of the draw
• On July 12th, the draw will take place and on July 13th the winner and non-winners will be notified by the same means.

Mechanics of the prize-giving ceremony:

• The All For Padel Digital Marketing team will use the data provided by the winning user to communicate and coordinate the shipping methodology of the prize.
• All For Padel will not assume the costs of customs and duties of the country in which the customer wishes to receive the order. Nor will we assume any complications caused by the operation of the customs of the country receiving the order or its legislation on foreign trade. The winning user will also be responsible for the DUA and local taxes, whether IGIC for the Canary Islands or IPSI for Ceuta or Melilla, as well as taxes in Madeira and the Azores. International participants should note that certain restrictions may apply and will be responsible for any additional costs.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

The only winner of the "adidas Metalbone 3.3" signed by Ale Galán will be notified on July 12th and the non-winners will be notified by the same means. The communication may be delayed for 1 (one) week due to technical problems and/or problems beyond the company's control.

The selection of the sole winner will be made randomly through the Easypromos platform. Easypromos is a platform that guarantees the transparency of the result of the draw and, as proof of this, issues a certificate of validity for each of its draws, the result of which is unalterable by the organiser of the draw, and which any participating user can request from the organiser.

The winning participant authorises All For Padel, S.L. to use his/her name and image in any advertising or marketing material related to this competition without any additional compensation.

5.- LIMITATIONS 

• The prize is personal and non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for money, other goods or services.
• The following persons may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Employees employed by any of the companies and other entities with legal personality linked to All For Padel, S.L., as well as their direct relatives (ii) Natural persons who participate directly or indirectly in the capital of All For Padel, S.L. (iii) Any other natural person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organisation of this Competition or has been directly or indirectly involved in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.).

6.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The company responsible for the processing of your data is All For Padel S.L., with registered office at Avenida del Tranvía, 20, 28925 Alcorcón (Madrid) and identification number B-86333465.

All For Padel S.L. takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. Therefore, your personal information is kept securely and treated with the utmost care.

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on data protection, and specifically in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, each participant, with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that the personal data provided for participation in this contest are incorporated into a file owned by All For Padel S.L. to process the participation in the draw.

Participants guarantee that the personal data provided are truthful and are responsible for communicating to All For Padel S.L., any modification of the same. All For Padel S.L. reserves the right to exclude from this promotion any Participant who has provided false data. All For Padel S.L. cannot be held responsible for any unlawful removal, modification or loss of data.

Participants have the right to (i) access their personal data, as well as (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion, (iii) request the limitation of the processing of their data, (iv) oppose the processing of their data and (v) request its portability. Participants may exercise all these rights at the following email address privacy@allforpadel.com indicating the reason for their request. All For Padel, S.L. will respond to these requests within 30 working days.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in case he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not lawful, as well as in case he/she is not satisfied with the exercise of his/her rights. The Control Authority to which the complaint has been submitted will inform the complainant about the course and outcome of the complaint.

7.- CHANGES

We reserve the right to amend or extend these Promotional Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of entrants to the Promotion. We reserve the right to extend or shorten the duration of the prize draw.

8.- CANCELLATION RIGHTS

All For Padel, S.L. reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition in the event that fraud, technical errors or other factors that may compromise the integrity of the competition are detected, without incurring any liability to the participants.

9.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these terms and conditions.
