We inform you that the legal basis for processing the data for commercial or marketing purposes is the consent given by the data owner (hereinafter, the “Interested Party”).

Furthermore, the legal basis for processing the data for the acquisition of AFP’s products through our website is the contractual relationship arising from the Interested Party’s request for the provision of that service by AFP.

The personal data requested, where applicable, shall consist of those which are essential to identify and attend the data owner’s request, answer the questions asked and provide the contracted services. Said data are collected for certain explicit and legitimate purposes and will not be processed in a manner that is incompatible with the indicated purposes.

Through our Website, you will be able to access third-party websites, such as Banco Sabadell, to pay for the ordered products with Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron or Paypal, in order to make the payment through this company. However, we wish to inform you that AFP will never access the bank details you provide to these third parties.

  • MailChimp is an email marketing service provider through which we manage the Newsletter remittance service. The owner is the company “The Rocket Science Group LLC”, whose facilities and servers are based in the United States, due to which we perform international data transfers to said country. However, MailChimp is compliant with European data protection legislation.

  • APLAZAME is a company that manages the financing of our customers’ instalment purchases. AFP informs you that it will transfer the data of users who select the deferred payment option. To this end, you may use the forms created by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or competent authority. These forms must be electronically signed or be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid Spanish National Identity Card. In case of representation, you must attach a photocopy of the representative’s valid Spanish National Identity Card to your request.
